M.E.A. Incorporated’s electro-hydraulic Actuator for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) dampers, globe valves, butterfly valves and plug valves.  This Actuator offers effective, state-of-the-art, reliable linear control of HVAC dampers and valves.  It also provides a high-thrust accuracy, a 100% duty cycle, manual control and fail-safe actuation for valves and other equipment.

This replacement actuator for ITT General Hydromotor delivers 4,000 lbs of thrust, an adjustable stroke of 4” maximum, an adjustable spring close or spring open and modulating or on-off.  It features a simple design for virtually no maintenance.  Hydraulic controls are machined in one manifold.

Benefits of Actuator Drop-in for ITT General Hydromotor Actuator

  • Promises ultimate simplicity
    • Hydraulic pump, motor and reservoir are mounted on manifold
  • Allen wrenches dismantle any part
  • Offers exceptional reliability
    • The evolution of 30 years of experience in designing and manufacturing hydraulic actuators for severe applications
  • Carries a three (3) year parts warranty
  • Delivers a choice of models and units can be mechanically adjustable for any stroke length to 4”
    • Special models also available

The M.E.A. Incorporated Super thrust Actuator can replace existing ITT Barton/ITT General Hydromotor electro-hydraulic linear actuators.  The M.E.A. SuperThrust Actuator is the same weight (102 lbs.), same center of gravity and same electrical control wiring.  See model numbers below:
